Some authorities believe that and adequate vitamin D status can be even more effective than the Annual Flu Vaccine.
2) Muscle Weakness can be a result of a Vitamin D Deficiency according to many researchers
3)For many years many alternative doctors have known that external application of liquid Vitamin D is effective in helping some people with psoriasis
4)Kidney failure and patients who are on dialysis can be at risk of developing all the different deficiencies that are caused by vitamin D. Just in case you didn't know, vitamin D has to be activated by the kidneys for it to work in the body. So you can imagine, how not having normal kidney function could be a reason for developing osteoporosis and other forms of vitamin D Deficiency. People on dialysis need to be taking an activated form of vitamin D. Regular supplements won't work.

Natural Remedies for Low Platelets
Natural Remedies For Low Platelets
There are many natural remedies for low platelets on the internet. But many of them have not been tested with true people. It's just a word of mouth thing. And sometimes when the remedies are actually good, most people who promote them don't really know how to use them. Or they use too little a dose of the recommended herbs or the source of the herbs provides low quality of the herbs.
The other problem is that unfortunately, most of the health practitioners out there exaggerate the side effects of the herbs which scares people from using these wonderful natural herbs.
The irony is that many of these people are using some serious strong medications that really have a large list of side effects that can even sometimes be life threatening. But no one says anything about them.
But when someone mentions and herbal remedy, there is always a look of suspicion and question about the side effects.
All this has a hindering effect on the discovery of new natural remedies for low platelets.
