Ready For a Weekend of Rest

HI everyone

 

After a long tour through New York, and the American Virgin Islands I am really poofed!

Don’t want to look at another aircraft for at least two weeks!

 

Very tiring trip but rewarding. We were able to help many people with different diseases and guide them to the best alternative treatment for each of them. Been doing this since 1984 and even though I am getting a little tired but…..I still love it. Can’t imagine doing something else.

 

It is really a privilege to be able to tell by the different signs in the body and eyes the areas and organs that need to be helped. There is definitely much to learn.

Lupus A Living Hell

SLE Lupus is a chronic and sometimes life-threatening disease that affects mainly the joints and almost any other part of the body.

Pink Eye Cure - Simple and Natural

Pink eye is condition where the eye and the conjunctiva gets irritated and inflamed. The white of the eye may seem very red. There are various reasons why people get pink eye. Here are the major causes:

1. Infection which can be bacterial or viral

Getting back in shape...Wow how difficult it is!

Working at an office all the time in the sitting position is not really beneficial to health or weight maintenance.

After many years and having crossed the 40 years limit....metabolism is so dead slow....not fun at all.

On top of all this, one develops this lethargic laziness that is so difficult to brush off!

Long Trips are tiring!

Hi everyone

Just came from a long drive from Florida ...those a some long hours and boring too!

It was entertaining to keep of few health food brand sugarless (xylitol) gum to keep you jaw moving and stay awake!

Also I went to wholefoods and found some neat new "Sodas" called Zevia.

They are sodas sweetened only with Stevia! NO Calories!

They have Dr. Zevia which is a Dr. Pepper healthy version, Ginger ale, Black cherry and a sprite version lemon and lime.

They do have a cola version but it has caffeine so I steared clear from that one!

Yeah I know carbonated stuff is not that healthy...but if you are bored on a long trip....it kind of make things sweeter especially if you have something
nice to drink that is more on the healthy side!
