Working at an office all the time in the sitting position is not really beneficial to health or weight maintenance.
After many years and having crossed the 40 years limit....metabolism is so dead slow....not fun at all.
On top of all this, one develops this lethargic laziness that is so difficult to brush off!
Anyway, this is day two of following an exercise program. Wish me luck. Will keep you posted...if I survive!
