75% Can Make a Big Difference

Want to decrease you sugar and improve Diabetes? Want to lose 12-20 pounds? Want to stay young? Or just plain healthy?

The clue is in one place: Your Plate!
Yes. What you put in your plate is the most important determinating factor for the above things mentioned!
Now I know it is difficult for most people to do a complete change around on their health and diet.
We are addicted to food and don't want to stop eating the things we like.

But there is a solution!

I call it the 75% difference!

What do I mean by that?
Just divide your plate in 75/25 %

In the 75% you put all the healthy choices that are high in fiber that will take you to a total of atleast 15-25 grams of fiber.
Put veggies, or fruits, beans, whole grains, salad etc.

In the rest of the 25% you can put whatever you like to eat. Of course, don't go over the bandwagon and put something so greasy and damaging to your health. But put something you love to eat in the realms of acceptable.

If you follow this basic rule, you will see tremendous improvements in your health. And it will be easier for you to follow a healthy diet for life!

PS It is important to rest....we were not made to work 24/7. It destroys our health, mind and especially our relationship with our loved ones. Let us make a special day
to be with family and put a side our cell phones and work and share with them. For what is life if we can't have a moment of beauty with our spouses, sons, daughters, friends, brothers and nature.

Don't let life pass by on you and you regret when you are old not having spent this special time with your family.

God bless!

Urinary Tract Infections - The Real Truth

Urinary tract infections are one of the most common type of infections. They can be mild or even debilitating. Keeping you from work or school for many days.
Many propose that Cranberry juice is good. And it is. But mainly for prevention. Not for treating a severe urinary tract infection.

Herbal remedies are very effective in stopping urinary tract infections at it's tracks. You just have to recognize the first signs and attack it immediately.
Early signs of urinary tract infections are:
1) Burning urine
2) Urinary frequency
3) Change in color of the urine.

If you experience chills and fevers in conjunction with the above symptoms, well then you may already have a full blown UTI.

I found this website to be helpful in providing information for chronic urinary tract infections. http://conqueruti.com
I also found these other websites to be helpful also:

National Institute for Kidney Disease: http://kidney.niddk.nih.gov/kudiseases/pubs/utiadult/

The above links give you good conventional information from a reliable source.
The http:// conqueruti.com website gives you more exact information about how to use herbs that are specific and effective.

Researchers Determine Nplate Starting Dose For The Treatment Of Low Platelet Levels In MDS

A Phase 2 study of Nplate in myelodysplastic syndromes patients resulted in increased platelet levels in patients, independent of dosing schedule and route of administration. However, differences in duration of response and side effects led researchers to recommend under-the-skin injection of 750 μg once weekly as the Nplate starting dose schedule for myelodysplastic syndromes patients.

Low platelet levels (thrombocytopenia) are present in 40 percent to 65 percent of myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) patients.  Low platelet levels are an inherent problem in many MDS patients and can also be caused by MDS treatments.  Low platelet levels are often linked to faster disease progression.

Platelet transfusion, the only available treatment for low platelet levels, is required in 35 percent of low-risk MDS patients. Platelet transfusion is expensive, and potential risks include allergic reaction, infection, lung injury, and alloimmunization, in which the patient gains immunity to the foreign cells and the treatment becomes ineffective.

Researchers are currently investigating the use of platelet growth factors for the treatment of low platelet counts in MDS. Platelet growth factors enhance the production of platelets.

“An effective platelet growth factor would be very important for patients with severe thrombocytopenia,” said Dr. Ronald Paquette from the Ronald Reagan University of California Los Angeles Medical Center.

According to Dr. Mikkael Sekeres, lead author on the study, increasing platelet levels with platelet growth factors will probably reduce some of the morbidity associated with MDS, such as bleeding events, but they will not delay transformation to acute myeloid leukemia.

Nplate (romiplostim) is a platelet growth factor that is currently approved for treatment of low platelet levels in patients with chronic immune thrombocytopenia.

Previous studies have shown that Nplate is effective in increasing platelet levels in MDS patients. The optimal dose was determined to be 750 μg.

In this study, researchers in the United States and Europe evaluated three different dosing schedules and routes of administration of Nplate in MDS patients with low platelet levels to determine the optimal Nplate dosing schedule.

The Phase 2 study involved 28 low-risk MDS patients with low platelet levels. Each patient received 750 μg of Nplate either once a week as subcutaneous (under the skin) injection, twice a week as subcutaneous injection, or twice a week as intravenous (into a vein) injection for eight weeks.  Patients could opt to continue the Nplate regimen during a year-long extension phase.

Of the 23 patients who completed the study, 57 percent showed a complete platelet response, and 8 percent had a major platelet response.  Sixty-one percent of patients did not require platelet transfusions during the study.

Researchers found that the weekly subcutaneous dosing resulted in a longer duration of response than biweekly dosing.

Most patients (93 percent) reported side effects, with the most common being headache (18 percent) and fatigue (18 percent).

The only instance of a severe treatment-related side effect was a serious allergic reaction in one patient who received the intravenous injection. After switching from intravenous to subcutaneous administration, the patient experienced no further allergic reaction.

Discontinuation of treatment was often due to side effects, but some cases were the result of disease progression.

“The most important advance that can come with romiplostim [Nplate], from the perspective of an MDS patient, is for the drug to get approved by the FDA for the treatment of MDS,” said Dr. Sekeres.

A Mega Advancement In Treating Thrombocytopenia

Posted on: Wednesday, 27 October 2010, 10:00 CDT

(Ivanhoe Newswire) -- Platelets are cell fragments that circulate in the blood of mammals.  These big, regularly-shaped cells are chiefly involved in hemostasis, a central factor leading to the formation of blood clots.  If the number of platelets is too low, excessive bleeding can occur (thrombocytopenia).  However, if the number of platelets is too high, blood clots can form (thrombosis).

Mortimer Poncz and colleagues, at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, working with mice, have identified a potential new approach to platelet replacement therapy that circumvents the problem of donor shortage.

The megakaryocyte is a bone marrow cell responsible for the production of blood thrombocytes (platelets), which are necessary for normal blood clotting. Poncz and colleagues found that mature megakaryocytes that were infused into mice could generate platelets of normal size and function. Accordingly, they are optimistic that it is achievable to treat individuals with thrombocytopenia through mature megakaryocyte infusion, although they estimate that 109 mature megakaryocytes might be needed for an average 70-kg patient.

Andrew Leavitt, at the University of California, San Francisco, notes in an accompanying commentary, that this might be a low estimate. He furthermore discuses why the new data generated by Poncz and colleagues is an imperative step forward in identifying novel approaches to platelet replacement therapy.

Want a Bread That is Nutritious and Help You Lose Weight?

Yes. Most of us believe that eating bread will actually increase body weight. Well of course, if it is bread from the supermarket well definitely. Most breads in the supermarket are
full of chemicals and preservatives. Even those that say "whole wheat". But especially they are usually low in fiber. Fiber is the clue to keeping your weight down. The average american only consumes about 10-15 grams a day which is too too low. A low fiber dietary content decrease the speed in the digestive tract causing you to gain weight.

But what happens if you eat 30-40 grams of fiber a day? Simple. You will lose weight. And it is the only thing you have to be measuring in your diet. Forget about calories. Forget about fat and forget about protein. Find and learn all you need to know about the fiber content of the food you eat and try to eat 15 grams of fiber for each meal and you will lose weight.

What are some of the highest fiber content foods? You guessed right! Fruits, Whole grains, Veggies, Beans. Beans are the best foods to lose weight because they are super high
fiber (navy beans has 10 grams for 1/2 a cup), they are high in protein and low glycemic. Great super foods that boost your weight loss capacity!

Well back to the bread. It is called Ezequiel 4:9 bread. Super high fiber content and also high in protein. You must toasted. But after toasting it tastes great.

Food pH List - Balancing Acid/Alkaline Foods

Balancing Acid/Alkaline Foods

A surprising number and variety of physical problems and diseases can be caused by the problem of foods that are acid-producing after digestion. Today the vast majority of the populace in industrialized nations suffers from problems caused by the stress of acidosis, because both modern lifestyle and diet promote acidification of the body's internal environment.

The current typical Western diet is largely composed of acid-forming foods (proteins, cereals, sugars). Alkaline-producing foods such as vegetables are eaten in much smaller quantities. Stimulants like tobacco, coffee, tea, and alcohol are also extremely acidifying. Stress, and physical activity (both insufficient or excessive amounts) also cause acidification.

Many foods are alkaline-producing by nature, but manufactured processed foods are mostly acid-producing. It is important to consume at least 60% alkaline-producing foods in our diet, in order to maintain health. We need plenty of fresh fruits and particularly vegetables (alkaline-producing) to balance our necessary protein intake (acid-producing). And we need to avoid processed, sugary or simple-carbohydrate foods, not only because they are acid-producing but also because they raise blood sugar level too quickly (high glycemic index therefore fattening); plus they tend to be nutrient-lacking and may be toxic too.

The Alkaline Diet Strategy

  • To restore your health by creating a balance in your diet that will give you the energy of a child again.
  • To have more energy! Where to find it for energy all afternoon.
  • To boost your alkalinity and lose weight fast - 10 easy tricks.
What is the body's pH?
Water is the most abundant compound in the human body, comprising 70% of the body. The body therefore contains a wide range of solutions, which may be more or less acid. pH (potential of Hydrogen) is a measure of the acidity or alkalinity of a solution - the ratio between positively charged ions (acid-forming) and negatively charged ions (alkaline-forming.) The pH of any solution is the measure of its hydrogen-ion concentration. The higher the pH reading, the more alkaline and oxygen rich the fluid is.  The lower the pH reading, the more acidic and oxygen deprived the fluid is. The pH range is from 0 to 14, with 7.0 being neutral.  Anything above 7.0 is alkaline, anything below 7.0 is considered acidic.

Human blood pH should be slightly alkaline (7.35 - 7.45). Below or above this range means symptoms and disease. If blood pH moves below 6.8 or above 7.8, cells stop functioning and the body dies. The body therefore continually strives to balance pH. When this balance is compromised many problems can occur.

An imbalanced diet high in acidic-producing foods such as animal protein, sugar, caffeine, and processed foods puts pressure on the body's regulating systems to maintain pH neutrality. The extra buffering required can deplete the body of alkaline minerals such as sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium, making the person prone to chronic and degenerative disease. Minerals are borrowed from vital organs and bones to buffer (neutralize) the acid and safely remove it from the body. Because of this strain, the body can suffer severe and prolonged damage--a condition that may go undetected for years.

Health problems caused by acidosis
Research shows that unless the body's pH level is slightly alkaline, the body cannot heal itself. So no matter what means you choose to take care of your health, it won't be effective until the pH level is balanced. If your body's pH is not balanced, for example, you cannot effectively assimilate vitamins, minerals and food supplements. Your body pH affects everything.

Acidosis will decrease the body's ability to absorb minerals and other nutrients, decrease the energy production in the cells, decrease it's ability to repair damaged cells, decrease it's ability to detoxify heavy metals, make tumor cells thrive, and make it more susceptible to fatigue and illness.

An acidic pH can occur from an acid-forming diet, emotional stress, toxic overload, and/or immune reactions or any process that deprives the cells of oxygen and other nutrients. The body will try to compensate for acidic pH by using alkaline minerals. If the diet does not contain enough minerals to compensate, a build up of acids in the cells will occur. Acidosis can cause such problems as:

Cardiovascular damage.
Weight gain, obesity and diabetes.
Bladder conditions.
Kidney stones.
Immune deficiency.
Acceleration of free radical damage.
Hormonal problems.
Premature aging.
Osteoporosis and joint pain.
Aching muscles and lactic acid buildup.
Low energy and chronic fatigue.
Slow digestion and elimination.
Yeast/fungal overgrowth.
Lack of energy and fatigue.
Lower body temperature.
Tendency to get infections.
Loss of drive, joy, and enthusiasm.
Depressive tendencies.
Easily stressed.
Pale complexion.
Headaches.
Inflammation of the corneas and eyelids.
Loose and painful teeth.
Inflamed, sensitive gums.
Mouth and stomach ulcers.
Cracks at the corners of the lips.
Excess stomach acid.
Gastritis.
Nails are thin and split easily.
Hair looks dull, has split ends, and falls out.
Dry skin.
Skin easily irritated.
Leg cramps and spasms.

pH strip

Test Your Body's Acidity or Alkalinity with pH Strips
It is recommended that you test your pH levels to determine if your body's pH needs immediate attention. By using pH test strips (Litmus Paper), you can determine your pH factor quickly and easily in the privacy of your own home. The best time to test your pH is about one hour before a meal and two hours after a meal.

Saliva pH Test: Simply wet a piece of Litmus Paper with your saliva. While generally more acidic than blood, salivary pH mirrors the blood and tells us what the body retains. It is a fair indicator of the health of the extracellular fluids and their alkaline mineral reserves. The optimal pH for saliva is 6.4 to 6.8. A reading lower than 6.4 is indicative of insufficient alkaline reserves. After eating, the saliva pH should rise to 7.5 or more. To deviate from an ideal salivary pH for an extended time invites illness. If your saliva stays between 6.5 and 7.5 all day, your body is functioning within a healthy range.

Acidosis, an extended time in the acid pH state, can result in rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, lupus, tuberculosis, osteoporosis, high blood pressure, most cancers and many more.  If salivary pH stays too low, the diet should focus on fruit, vegetables and mineral water as well as remove strong acidifiers such as sodas, whole wheat and red meat.

Urine pH Test:  The pH of the urine indicates how the body is working to maintain the proper pH of the blood. The urine reveals the alkaline (building - anabolic) and acid (tearing down - catabolic) metabolic cycles. The pH of urine indicates the efforts of the body via the kidneys, adrenals, lungs and gonads to regulate pH through the buffer salts and hormones. Urine can provide a fairly accurate picture of body chemistry, because the kidneys filter out the buffer salts of pH regulation and provide values based on what the body is eliminating. Urine pH can vary from around 4.5 to 9.0 in extremes, but the ideal range is 6.0 to 7.0. If your urinary pH fluctuates between 6.0 to 6.5 first thing in the morning and between 6.5 and 7.0 in the evening before dinner, your body is functioning within a healthy range.

Urine testing may indicate how well your body is excreting acids and assimilating minerals, especially calcium, magnesium, sodium and potassium. These minerals function as "buffers." Buffers are substances that help maintain and balance the body against the introduction of too much acidity or too much alkalinity. Even with the proper amounts of buffers, acid or alkaline levels can become stressful to the body's regulatory systems. When the body produces too many of these acids or alkalis, it must excrete the excess. The urine is the method the body uses to remove any excess acids or alkaline substances that cannot be buffered. If the body's buffering system is overwhelmed, a state of "autointoxication" exists, and attention should be given to reducing this stress.

Foods: are they Acid or Alkaline-forming?
Note that a food's acid or alkaline-forming tendency in the body has nothing to do with the actual pH of the food itself. For example, lemons are very acidic, however the end-products they produce after digestion and assimilation are alkaline so lemons are alkaline-forming in the body. Likewise, meat will test alkaline before digestion but it leaves acidic residue in the body so, like nearly all animal products, meat is classified as acid-forming.

It is important that your daily dietary intake of food naturally acts to balance your body pH. To maintain health, the diet should consist of at least 60% alkaline forming foods and at most 40% acid forming foods. To restore health, the diet should consist of 80% alkaline forming foods and 20% acid forming foods.

Keeping the alkalinity and acic balance is the one of the crucial points in maintaining, preventing and curing disease.

Cancer lives in an acid environment as well as any other chronic disease. All types of inflammation is based on an acid environment. If you alkalize you heal. How to alkalize...you have to eat alkaline foods. All fruits and veggies, vegetable juices, green juices, alkaline water, wheat grass are crucial for alkalizing the blood.
All animal products are acid and cause more inflammation, pain and disease.

Entry bubble 2010 National Mammography Day

By: Ginger | October 22, 2010 | Category: Health

A woman undergoing a mammographyAccording to healthfinder.gov’s Health Observances page, Oct. 22 is National Mammography Day. On this day, women are encouraged to make an appointment for their annual mammograms. You can take this National Mammography Day Quiz to see how much you know about mammography.

We all have busy lives and let’s face it, getting a mammogram can be uncomfortable and a little embarrassing. It’s no day at the spa, but that doesn’t stop me from getting one every year. I know that it is important to have a mammogram done regularly - mammography is an essential tool for early detection of breast cancer. According to the American Cancer Society, the five-year survival rate for breast cancer is 98 percent when it is detected early.

Knowing what may contribute to breast cancer is an important part of its prevention.  Risk factors for breast cancer include family and personal history, radiation therapy to the chest for previous cancers, obesity, and certain genetic changes. Being aware of these possible risk factors, as well as maintaining a healthy body weight and balanced diet, exercising regularly, and getting regular screenings, may help lower the chances of developing breast cancer.

I am fortunate that breast cancer does not run in my family, but that doesn’t mean I can ignore this important preventative exam.   For a woman with a history of breast cancer in her family, she has to be very vigilant in self breast examinations and getting her mammogram done every year. If she has a daughter or daughters, she needs to teach her daughters to be aware, as well. If you haven’t had your annual mammogram yet, please take the time to schedule your appointment today. It may save your life.

The wife went in yesterday herself for a mammogram but we were a little concerned because she had a small lump underneath her right breast. Well the doctor examined it and he said it was nothing just a built up blackhead or something. We were so relieved after the news because she had an issue last year where she had surgery, but i t wasn't cancerous, Thank God. Excellent post.

How Veterinary Patients might help human patients: a platelet clinical trial

By Beth Davidow, DVM DACVECC

When we discuss transfusions in veterinary medicine, we often talk about red blood cells and plasma but not platelets. Platelets transfusions are tricky and not commonly performed because platelet function is very affected by storage. Platelet concentrate is

Picture
The Components of blood can be centrifuged and separated to make various useful products.
made by slowly spinning blood to separate the platelets into the plasma and then spinning the plasma again to sediment the platelets. This concentrated product must be stored at room temperature and must be constantly rocking for the platelets to remain functional. Shelf life is only 5-7 days after production due to the risk of bacterial contamination.

Another reason we often don't do platelet transfusions is that platelets often only last minutes to hours in circulation in patients who have accelerated platelet destruction such as ITP (immune mediated thrombocytopenia). However, if an animal is catastrophically bleeding from the lack of platelets or starts bleeding into the brain, a platelet transfusion may be life saving.

Picture
Platelet Concentrate can be used for severe bleeding disorders in some dogs.
Sometimes, in the case of a bleed into the brain, you can't collect fresh whole blood fast enough to use that for platelets, and in these cases, platelet concentrate, if made and readily available, is ideal. In most of our hospitals, however, it is not cost effective to always have platelet concentrate on hand. However, when I visited the human Puget Sound Blood Bank, I was impressed by the full wall of floor to ceiling rocking cabinets full of bags of platelet concentrate.

Veterinary medicine has the opportunity to make a large advance in transfusion medicine, leading the way for an advance in human medicine. A research group in North Carolina has figured out a way to "freeze dry" canine platelets. These platelets come in a small plastic bottle and can be stored for 6 months in the refrigerator. Previous studies have shown that these platelets are functional and safe in canine research subjects (see below references). They are reconstituted by adding saline and can be given over 15-20 minutes.

ACCES is now participating in a multi-center trial run by Animal Blood Resources International, looking at these lyophilized platelets in dogs with thrombocytopenia (very low platelets). The goal is to enroll 100 patients at one of 5 hospitals around the country in order to examine whether these platelets really can stop active bleeding in dogs with platelet problems.

We have currently enrolled 8 patients in the study and we greatly appreciate those veterinarians who have referred patients to us. 6 of the 8 dogs, all of whom had severe active bleeding at admit, have been successfully treated. The study does provide the platelet product at no cost to the client and also pays for two complete blood counts and coagulation profiles.

If your pet has a platelet disorder, please discuss with your veterinarian whether your pet might qualify for this important research study.

I have had many discuss upon this point with diverse opinions but the truth is: Naaaaaaaah

You may be stunned at the first site of an attractive person and think it is love but it really isn't.
Now after having this "stunned" moment if you continue to contact the person and stay in communication and friendship, you may notice that true love may develop ...but after continual communion and connection.

This is why there exists so many divorces. Many are guided by this momentary emotion they called "First Love" which after marriage dissappears in a few months.

It really is going to depend on "Why did you stop communicating with this person?" or "What caused this separation"?

Sometimes it could simply have been that you just stopped! And want to rekindle this friendship! This is kind of what happened to me. I remember these great friends and just stopped comunicating with them.
One might expect to be able to start where the friendship was left...but this doesn't always happen if not ever.
The friendship would have to be nurtured again if it is possible at all.  It is hard to grow a plant again after it has been dried up. Unless some of the roots are still alive and then it would create some hope!

But we go back to the same question? How to rekindle this friendship?

The only way to start is by getting in contact and I mean direct contact with this old friend!

I am kind of answering myself...but this is the reality. It is not going to happen by itself! You can start by emailing if you have this information. Initially it can be a casual email. And then you should follow up with various emails until you get to point.

Others might recommend not to cut and go around but to call the person directly and get the feeling of the environment.
Sometimes you will be surprised that your friend may have also been desiring to connect with you again. But you won't know if you don't contact them.

In other cases you might just get a cold voice indicating that the person is not really interested in connecting again.

No matter what happens...

You need to give the first step and contact that person!

New Natural Approach For Alzheimer

Being part of a family where almost all my uncles and mother developed Alzheimer dementia it scares me to see what awaits me. Been trying to do research and find everything I can in regards to nutritional and alternative methods to treat and prevent this condition. There appears to not be one single agent that can really cause a change enough to prevent Alzheimer.

One of the major problems with Alzheimers is that like many chronic diseases there Alzheimer is not caused by one single factor but multiple factors. Some of which are:
1) Heavy metal poisoning especially aluminum. Large quantities have been found in the brain of these patients.
2) Microvascular changes that reduces circulation to the brain
3) The development of abnormal proteins in the brain that cause havoc to brain cells
4)The brains has lost the capacity to use glucose (it's main source of energy) as a source of energy.

This last factor seems to be a major problem. As you may or may not know, the brain affected by Alzheimer tends to atrophy (shrink) until it doesn't work at all.
But the brain is actually able to use a certain type of fats as it's source of energy thru the production of a fat metabolite called ketones.

For this to happen you have to consume a certain type of fat called MCT. Which stands for Medium train Triglycerides.

Well to make this post simple....one food source that contains this fat is Coconut Oil. Yes!

With this special fat found in coconut oil, many experts are finding that they can even reverse or at least halt Alzheimer in its tracks!
This is finally great news for those of us who are afraid of this disease.

Check out these links for all the info you need about this:

All the info is free and you don't have to buy anything. Read and keep your brain healthy!

My Special Day starts today

Genesis 2 says that "God blessed, Sanctified and Rested" on the Sabbath day. This was the 7th day of the week. Which is Saturday.

Yes ...Saturday and not Sunday.

Jesus Himself said..."I am the Lord of the Sabbath" and that the "Sabbath was made for man". Mark 2:27,28.

So today I will rest, go to church, study the Bible, Nature walks, visit my neighbor in need, the orphan and the sick.

These are all activities permitted in the Bible. Jesus himself did these things on the Sabbath.

Beautiful day!

So see you guys soon!

Fly tight

Here I am in an american flight after.eating a nice greasy chinese food. Now the seats are so tight and the flight is full that I can ceel the grease ccoming out my ears!

Haha

Even though I ate all vegetarian. I guess next time I will have a fruit salad.

Later

Honey.. The powerful antibiotic of nature

You would think that something so sweet would be bad for infections...but honey used externally has powerful antibiotic properties.

But I guess what impresses me is the capacity to kill MRSA(methicillin resistant Staphyllococcus aureus)

How to use it

Just disinfect the area correctly.with peroxide or whatever you prefer and then saturate the area with honey.

Renew continuosly.

This has been personally tried and it works.

I know some recommend sugar...but sugar doesn't have the same properties.

Hope this is helpful to you.

How to connect again

A friend I love very much but I have been disconnected.with him for years. How to connect again and revive that friendship?

Any advice?

At least my advice to you friend...is to never neglect good friends...it might be easy or it might not be the same ever again.

God bless!

Rare meal

I am sure that all of you at some time have eaten rice and beans! Yummy

But every culture has their delicious but weird dish.
Well right now I am eating Beans and yams. The yams are white and not orange.

It is a carribbean old fashion dish not used very much today.

With lots of olive oil and the beans are cooked with onions and spices.

Believe it or not it looks weird but tastes great.

Any wird dishes that u have eaten lately?

Iridology Quackery or science

Iridology is the that detects organ trouble in the body by signs in the eyes.

Do u think this quackery?

Have u had experience with a real iridologist?

I would like to know your opinion.

Breakfast

Belive it or not I ate potatoes with cickpeas this morning. Folowed by one banana, an apple and an orange.

You don't really have to eat a classical traditional breakfast...as long as u eat a heavy meal in the morning that is what counts.

Make sure to get your 3 serving of fruit a day and at least 4 servings of veggies during the day.

Don't eat late at night. Otherwise it will take your morning hunger away.

Talk to ya later
