75% Can Make a Big Difference

 
Want to decrease you sugar and improve Diabetes? Want to lose 12-20 pounds? Want to stay young? Or just plain healthy?
 
The clue is in one place: Your Plate!
Yes. What you put in your plate is the most important determinating factor for the above things mentioned!
Now I know it is difficult for most people to do a complete change around on their health and diet.
We are addicted to food and don't want to stop eating the things we like.
 
But there is a solution!
 
I call it the 75% difference!
 
What do I mean by that?
Just divide your plate in 75/25 %
 
In the 75% you put all the healthy choices that are high in fiber that will take you to a total of atleast 15-25 grams of fiber.
Put veggies, or fruits, beans, whole grains, salad etc.
 
In the rest of the 25% you can put whatever you like to eat. Of course, don't go over the bandwagon and put something so greasy and damaging to your health. But put something you love to eat in the realms of acceptable.
 
If you follow this basic rule, you will see tremendous improvements in your health. And it will be easier for you to follow a healthy diet for life!
